Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

United States Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 12–15 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 10–12 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 15–20 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 10–15 business days

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier performance, customs processing, local postal services, and fulfillment center operations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery

Most shipments are delivered by the local postal carrier or designated regional courier.
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery depending on local procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet been processed, address corrections may be possible upon request but are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws and regulations prior to placing an order.

Unexpected Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Carrier Tracking Accuracy

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience tracking delays, premature delivery scans, or other tracking inaccuracies.

We are not responsible for carrier tracking errors beyond our control.

Peak Season Notice

During holidays, promotional periods, or peak shipping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended beyond normal estimates.

Lost Packages in Transit

If your package appears lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to sender.

Any additional shipping, return, or reshipping fees incurred in such cases are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that remain unclaimed or are not collected from the designated pickup location within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to sender.

Such cases will be treated as failed delivery and may be subject to return and reshipping fees.

Orders Marked as Delivered

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Any claims regarding theft, loss after delivery, or delivery disputes may need to be resolved directly with the shipping carrier where applicable.

Exceptions may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

Shipping Forwarding Services

If a customer chooses to use a third-party shipping forwarder or package forwarding service, our responsibility ends once the order has been successfully delivered to the forwarding address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, or delivery issues that occur after delivery to the forwarding facility.

We do not provide support, guarantees, or liability for shipments handled by third-party forwarding services.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment logistics.
