Orders placed in other countries:
Standard Shipping (15–20 business days): $2.99
Priority Shipping (10–15 business days): $5.99

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
We do not charge any import duties or taxes. In most cases, orders are delivered without additional fees.
Processing Times
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed, before they are shipped.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by the local postal service in your area, meaning the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions on how and where to collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times listed above. These delays are usually caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues such as an incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Any return shipping and additional costs incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the carrier. For this reason, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address. If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your item, please contact us at info@trading-precision.com and we will do our best to investigate.
