Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on eligible products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. You may keep all five bonuses, even if you decide to return the product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trading-precision.com.
