Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Digital products
- Downloadable files
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Any item returned damaged, used, or not in original condition
Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the purchase is completed.
By purchasing digital products, the customer agrees to waive any applicable withdrawal or refund rights where permitted by law.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:
- We are not responsible for failed delivery
- Refunds will not be issued for undelivered orders caused by incorrect address information
- Any reshipping fees must be paid by the customer
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect from pickup location
- Unclaimed shipment
the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping fees.
Any incurred costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivered Orders / Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Customers may need to resolve such issues directly with the shipping carrier where applicable.
Exceptions may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Shipping Forwarding Services
We are not responsible for packages handled by third-party forwarding services.
Responsibility transfers once the package is delivered to the forwarding address provided at checkout.
We are not liable for loss, damage, delays, or delivery issues occurring after delivery to the forwarding facility.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in refusal of future service.
We reserve the right to provide all relevant order, tracking, delivery, and communication records to the payment processor during dispute investigations.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
