Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, no additional fees are charged, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by the local postal service. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
Unexpected Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (including incorrect address, absence, or refusal to accept the delivery), the package may be returned to the sender.
In such cases, all additional shipping costs (including return and reshipping fees) are the responsibility of the customer. Any incurred costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Responsibility transfers to the customer once the tracking shows successful delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
